Newmarket is a great town located in York region and is now part of the GTA. Its superb location between two major highways the 404 and 400, plus a Go station with train and bus services, and ViVa bus line recently built, makes Newmarket a very prestigious and desirable place to live. There are tons of employment opportunities in town as well. Big box stores, restaurants, parks, trails, cinema, hospital, and much more can be found in Newmarket. Great schools and educational centers makes it a wonderful place for families. Housing options are also numerous, with condos, townhouses, semi-detached and detached single family houses, some with ravine lots. Newmarket continues to grow and improve while attracting new residents. Upper Canada Mall, currently expanding, is also a big attraction for shoppers not only in Newmarket but nearby towns as well.
